How we started…

Two I.T workers, a truck, and one really big dream…

Scott Keel and Susan Ellis worked together for years buried in the day to day doldrums of the I.T. world. Out of necessity, they found themselves working together in the thriving restaurant and hospitality industry of the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area of the Alabama Gulf Coast. Finding themselves refreshed by the change of pace and scenery, they began exploring the possibilities of forging their own path in the industry. Nearly a year later and after countless sleepless nights working through all the details, one really big dream became a reality.
